This is what I've been waiting for my whole life...! Jesus that artwork is accurate. It's a mix between Regular Show's and Gravity Falls' art styles thrown violently into a blender and out popped this artistic inspiration! You don't even need to read the description to hear this man's suffering and passion to finish this cartoon. What a wonderful piece of work, Quintel and Alex would be proud. Damn proud.

This is so simple but brilliant, just like Fury Road. SirUndead's creepily good Mad Max voice coupled together with good art and tween animation make for a pretty good flick. NICE ONE, GUYS

Hmph. Mmh. Hmm! Hmm...Hmm! Hm!

Very nicely made video-demo reel, Sir! As usual, your voice is a beautiful combination of Steve Blum and James McCaffery with your own unique twist to it. You're a feckin good voice acteh m8.

A COMMENT I DIDN'T DESERVE. TWO LEGENDS I COULD NEVER BE WORTHY OF. Thanks, amigo!

That Konchu's face will now be my momentary profile picture! Also amazing work, Jeremy! Still so good. While I have never played a Monster Hunter game in my life, (unless you count that silly little mini-game from Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker) I found this extremely amusing. Great animation and detail, as well as those jagged-ass outlines! And it's also great to see that you're still around on the Newgrounds space, Jeremy!

TerminalMontage responds:

Retro, thank you so much c:

This is what happens when you combine an extremely talented animator, weed and 3 days. You make a surrealist rap involving talking shit. Literally.

Everything that Jae makes more or less represents his life as a stoner, and it is wonderful in every single way. Now it's 420 blaze it day, best day of the year and is tim to rape about the Zeldas.

Jae responds:

aw man gee thanks man gawsh

Really beautiful. I can't believe it took this long, but I've finally watched Steven Universe. I got around to it, and I literally cannot stop watching it! It's one of my all-time favourite cartoons that I've seen and I regret not having watched it sooner.

The art is gorgeous and fits the tone of the series well. And the music cover by your sis is really amazing, one of the best versions of "We Are the Crystal Gems" I've heard. Definitely checking her stuff out!

I feel you really did an amazing job here. The movement really makes it look better than it would if it were just a normal illustration of yours.

It's good to review something of yours again, man. Have a good one, friend.

ZeTrystan responds:

GOOD, you watched it! :)

I know! She's not even ued to the series, but she listened to the theme song and was all like "Ah, I like that song. Cool, I'll make a calm version of it to loop it." Thanks sis.

And thanks! I'm getting a little bit tired of my usual illustrations. I like movement (even if it's a little bit repetitive... but eh, what can I do).

And it's good to read one of your reviews again! Even if you're still being to generous. :D

I kinda like it! The animation, while minimal, is still pretty good. Voice acting is pretty good, but the sound quality on Scott's lines have a bit of echo and makes it really distracting.

So yep. Enjoyed it much more than the last one, indeed. Nice one, Scott-Falco!

ScottFalco responds:

Yeah I don't have the beat recording equipment but I'm getting a soundbox and a new mic for Xmas. I also got an audio guy now!

Since I did the voice of the "Let's Player" I'm kinda biased, but I don't give a shit.

This was brilliant both in a comedic sense and personal sense. Love what Qwerty did here, and I have become friends with a good human beng in the process of this creation, and for that, I'm grateful.

Truly excellant work, friend. Can't wait to work on more shit with you, man! :)

Qwertysaur responds:

<3 you man! :D

Watching this really brought me back to the early, simpler years of Newgrounds. Back when people were less of butts and more...cool, I guess.

It also gave me some good old memories of Josh's older works, and how beautiful of a man he truly is. I have always admired Josh as both a voice actor and a man. Watching this really shows how far he has come in recording lines of dialogue and just...everything, really.

It's a example of how Newgrounds, after all these years, is still more or less like it was all those years ago, back when Josh made his first Avatar dub.

Really great work, man, and I'm happy that you have decided to retrace your steps one last time.

TomaMoto responds:

Glad you enjoyed! I think newgrounds has always been full of butts, but I wouldn't have it any other way. All communities on the internet have members with varying degrees of manners and intelligence, but what I like about Newgrounds is that people feel free to be honest here. That is unlike, say, DeviantArt, where everyone everyone feels disingenuously friendly and even if you happen upon the worst crap possible, you'll find people complimenting it.

I loved the voice-acting, and Cax is really good as Ellie. Brilliant animation from the lovely DuDuL as usual, and while I didn't react too harshly against Ellie for having that knife, I was more pissed at how Joel never thought of taking that knife for himself, since that would've been so damn useful to the both of them if Joel had the knife and not Ellie.

I love the colouring, lighting, voice-acting, and animation. Music's good too.

We don't see very much Last of Us parodies on the internet for some reason. It's really quite strange since there's so much comedic material to work with here it's kinda sad that people are more attracted to Pokemon and Flappy Bird parodies than The Last of Us parodies.

Well, that's enough of me rambling, you guys did a magnificant job making this cartoon, and I found it a little funny at the same time. I love you guys so much for making this, so thanks!

Have an awesome day! ~Retro

DuDuL responds:

Thanks for an awesome review!
Yeah it's weird there aren't many TLoU parodies (well most comics rely on sneaking and AI errors)
Cheers

I may have made one too many mistakes.
